How do I verify my gaming account?  

 

  1. Go to your profile by clicking on your username. 

  1. Go to the "MY PROFILE" section where you will be able to check your mobile phone number and email address. 

  1. Go to the "DOCUMENTS" section where you will be able to upload a copy of your identification document.  

 

How do I restore my username? 

 

  1. Click on the "LOGIN" button 

  1. In the opened window, click on the button "Forgot your username?" 

  1. Enter your email address or mobile phone number.  

  1. You will then receive a message (by email or mobile phone) with instructions on how to log in and retrieve your username.  

 

How do I restore my password?  

 

  1. Click on the "LOGIN" button 

  1. In the opened window, click on the "Forgot your password?" button. 

  1. Enter your username and email address/mobile phone number. 

  1. Then enter the recovery code you received by email or mobile phone and choose a new password for your account. 

 

 

How can I change my account details?  

 

In order to change your identification details such as mobile phone number, email address, identification document, etc. you need to contact our 24/7 Customer Support. 

 

How do I deposit funds into my gaming account?  

 

  1. Click on the "DEPOSIT" button at the top of the website. 

  1. Choose one of the listed deposit methods. 

 

 

How do I withdraw funds from my gaming account?  

 

  1. Go to your profile by clicking on your username. 

  1. Go to the "WITHDRAW" section. 

  1. Choose one of the listed withdrawal methods. 

 

 

What taxes are levied at the time of withdrawal? 

 

According to O.U.G. 16/2022, tax is automatically deducted from each withdrawal and forwarded to ANAF. 

 

Here are the tax scales imposed by the Romanian Government on 1 August 2022: 

 

  • withdrawal up to and including RON 10,000 = 3% 

  • Withdrawal between RON 10,000 - RON 66,750 = RON 300 + 20% for what goes over RON 10,000  

  • withdrawal over RON 66,750 = RON 11,650 + 40% for what exceeds RON 66,750. 

 

 

How can I set my deposit limits?  

 

  1. Go to your profile by clicking on your username. 

  1. Go to the "RESPONSIBLE GAMING" section.  

  1. Go to the "Deposit Limits" section and choose the time range and amount you want to set. 

 

How can I take a break?  

 

  1. Go to your profile by clicking on your username. 

  1. Go to the "RESPONSIBLE GAMING" section.  

  1. Go to the "Time-Out" section, choose the time interval of the break and the reason why you think you need it. 
     

How do I deactivate my account temporarily or permanently?  

 

  1. Go to your profile by clicking on your username. 

  1. Go to the "RESPONSIBLE GAMING" section.  

  1. Go to Self-Exclusion section, choose the timeframe for deactivation for up to 6 months. For permanent Self-Exclusion please contact the customer support team.
